The present General Conditions regulate the use of the Internet portal (hereafter “Portal”), made available to Internet users by Unipublic S.A.U (hereafter, “Unipublic”). Use of this Portal implies the tacit acceptance of the present General Conditions, which users must read every time they access the Portal, as both the Portal and these conditions are subject to modifications.

1.2 Intellectual and industrial property.

All Portal content (texts, photographs, images, software, source codes, etc.), are the intellectual property of Unipublic or of third parties and may not be reproduced, copied, pasted, linked, broadcast, distributed or manipulated in any way or for any reason, without obtaining previous written authorisation from Unipublic, who maintains the "copyright" of all materials and of any other indication of intellectual property over the material and contents, at all times. Any use or modification of this Material or Content for any purpose other than that authorised by these General Conditions will be considered a violation of international “copyright” laws protecting the author’s proprietary rights.

1.3 Personal data.

The personal data provided by mail will be collected in the SUGGESTIONS file, under the responsibility of UNIPUBLIC, S.A.U. This file will be used for the management of suggestions, queries, opinions, requests or comments of any kind, submitted by web users to Unipublic, in order to improve service to its users. This file is used as a temporary container for all mail received at the email address provided on the Unipublic website. The sender’s address and all associated text will be deleted once it has been processed and its purpose has been fulfilled. The user guarantees the authenticity of all the data it provides Unipublic and will maintain this information up to date to ensure that it corresponds to their real situation at all times. The user is, therefore, solely responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided as well as for all damages this may cause to Unipublic or to third parties.
